Welcome to our family page!

Because neither of us have family in California, we wanted a way to share our journey before and after Lennon’s arrival. She’s finally here and our hearts are full! We can’t wait for you to meet her!

Our Story

We met under some unusual and serendipitous circumstances in Spring of 2018. Terrence was unfortunately hospitalized for what ended up being a bad case of pneumonia, but fortunately, his mystery illness required the assistance of the infectious disease team at the hospital, which happened to be led by Cate! After he left the hospital, he continued to see Cate as her patient, but was secretly in cahoots with her assistant to find out more about her. On his last visit as her patient, he brought two dozen roses and left a nice note, and the rest is history.
